Some people have a very hard time gaining weight and muscle. There are Millions of frustrated people searching for building muscle and weight gain solutions. If you’re a naturally skinny person and not gifted with muscle friendly genes, than does it make sense to follow a program by someone who builds muscle even while they sleep? You must play with a different set of rules if you want to build muscle and gain weight.!

For weight gain you must have a nutritous diet, along with a Weight training that stimulates growth while the increased caloric intake provides fuel to the body to use in building muscles.
Get rid of these foods, Most Processed Foods, Sodas and Juices, Frozen Desserts and Ice Cream, White Flour Products, Crackers.
Just to mention a few.
Add these foods, Dried Fruits, Cheese, Drink lot’s of Water (Invest in filtered water and avoid tap water), Eggs, Boneless Chicken (organically fed)

2. Education, How much do you really know about building muscle?
3. Proper Technique, a reputable fitness trainer who can teach you proper weight training technique.
4. Progression, Your goal is to simply out do yourself from workout-to-workout, week-to-week.
Make 2008, not only the year that you master your meal plan and muscle training plan - but the year that you stick to your resolutions and create a new body and a new life!
